The Cutting Away
Not so much as who is dominating the game, but rather my hopes that some of my final 4 will actually make it to the final four. With this Foa Foa loss I am now at a loss. Think about it…you have a tribe that each individual has to do twice as much work as the other team individually. So they are going to be worn down. Their moral is down. Freezing cold and have a snake among them. Proving once again that unity can accomplish much more than disunity. Remember the Black Mamba only needs 2 drops of venom to kill a man. The bible puts it this way…A little yeast works its way into the dough, therefore ruining it.
Galu on Top…But where are the alliances?
It seems as if Galu has it all together. This tight nit group, however, has got to begin thinking how each one of them is going to win the game. Survivor is not about making friends and influencing people. It is about playing a game to win $1,000,000. So all of this “Oh we love each other” “I trust everyone here” stuff is not the truth. Soon they will have to begin cutting their own throats. And when they do it will be a blood bath. So much so that I think if a few from Foa Foa can make the merge, they may have a chance to win it, or at least get further. I have only seen 1 or 2 seasons when the dominating team actually all stuck together after the merge.

Ok, only one comment on the Smoothies. Nasty…Nuff said. 
Final Four – A complete Revamp
I know many of you will be astonished at my picks this week, but I think it is time to deal with the reality that Foa Foa have a real disadvantage. So here is my Final four picks. Yes I have changed them drastically

I know the first comment will be. “WHAT DO YOU MEAN RUSSELL H? aka Black Mamba”
He came in stating that he thought he could manipulate people and he has proven that he can. I would not put it passed him to team up with Russell S at the merge. That would be enough to get him into the final 4. I think Jaison may be toast very soon.
So there you have it. I will see you all in a couple of days.

I think you may be right about Jaison. When the going gets tough, the wusses start whining....
As for Russell and Russell, I think Russell S. may get himself voted off if he keeps making decisions like choosing pillows over practical. I have a lot more respect for Russell H. though. I think he will stay in a lot longer than I originally thought. Anyway, if he doesn't, who will we complain about?
I wonder if the other side doesn't have alliances or if we just aren't seeing them because Foa Foa has been so entertaining...

That is a good question. I have pondered that myself. Where are the alliances or are they so blinded to think that they really are all good friends. If that is the case, I feel sorry for them. They need to get a clue.
Yes Russ S made a bad decission but if Russ H teams up with him he may have advantage to stay alive.

dawnald I agree with you about Russell H. At first I could not stand him but now he is rubbing off on me. Russell S screwed up with the pillow bit for certain and the whole camp fire bit last week was a real dumb move. Not sure about the ladies yet and where they all stand. No one really stands out with them.

I still think that Russell H. lost some of his edge due to forces beyond his control, like the rain!!
His evil is just smoldering inside waiting to get out and do whatever damage he can. My hope is that Jaison pulls himself together and stays strong.

Don't you think that they will have to merge soon? That one tribe is getting low on numbers.
I agree with you on jaison. I would love to see him stay and step up a little, but he is getting worn down by the game.,
I was getting sick to my stomach just watching them drink and chew those smooties! I would have never been able to drink that!
I like that we are seeing more players other than Russell and Shambo. I haven't seen many alliances being made yet, except for with Russell which started day one.

What is really funny is that right before the show we were getting ready to make shakes for everyone to enjoy durring the show. Thankfully we waited until the show was over. That was nasty.
There was one season that the loosing tribe went down to 1 person. They can do that again if they wanted to. They still have a lot of people to do a merge.

Oh drats!
Russell from Galu is out and it is just sad going out just like that. I don't like to say this, but he had done it to himself. For one, he should be pacing himself during the storm that seems to be endless. He should be getting into a shelter, try to conserve his energy and try to keep that much needed body heat. It is also unwise of him to be trying to build a fire when it is still raining and to put himself into even more duress when he tried to participate in the challenge when he shouldn't.
As for the other Russell at Foa Foa, I just can't wait to see when he is exposed or that he will be blindsided in one of the tribal council. I just cannot see how the other members could be so blind not to find anything amiss all this while.

I don't think the other team was blind, it was just that they do not see what we see. We see his camera talk. When russell is in camp he is a different person.

Hey Pastor,
I was just about to lay down but saw your post and decided to respond first. If you haven't seen the previews, it shows Russell S getting what appears to be seriously injured. I believe he may be out. That said, I still believe that the snake will not make it to the end. If Jaison doesn't make it, i also believe he will let the idol secret out, maybe to Mick.
I'm guessing here that the merge is coming up real soon, maybe Thursday. As long as the snake is still in the picture he will get rid of the girls one by one.
If Galu loses Russ S. and someone like Eric takes over then they may have a chance. As for the final Four....1. Mick, 2.Eric, 3. Dave and 3. John. I don't think any of these guys have an attachment to any of the females to carry them along. I could be wrong......

Think about what is going on in people's heads. They have been ripped from civiilization. No support group. No family and friends. So at this stage i nthe game they are looking for anyone they can trust. that is where people get messed up. They want to believe the best, but you're in a game for $1 million dollars. You can not afford to trust anyone.
Mick BTW already knows about the idol. Remember Russ told him too.
If Russ S gets hurt and shipped off then, yes Foa Foa may have a chance. But there should not be a merge yet. They started with 20 people. 6 have left so that leaves 14. The most they started the jury was 12. The most they have ever merged was 10. So I don't see a merge for a few weeks.

Maybe without Russell S, Shambo might have a chance to hold on. The only reason she's the one making mistakes is because the other girls aren't doing anything. But I have to say they were costly mistakes. And you are right on the trust issue.

Double...Since I have already seen episode 6, it seems useless to answer this discussion on Episode 5. My suggestion? Post your discussion alot sooner, like within 24 hours from the last episode, so we don't have to keep hunting for it...lol
