No place like Home

feodda, You are right, Home is a resting place for us. This is why we have the saying " Home Sweet Home." After a hard day out at work we come back to our home for rest and comfort. When we were still single we came back home to be together with our Parents and siblings. This is where we can seek comfort and security. When we are married we come back home from work to be with our family and that is so blissful and wonderful - HAPPINESS.

i am studying away from my home .... i miss my family a lot ... i miss my home a lot ... nothing is more relaxing than sitting back in your sofa in your house ..... i am waiting for my semister holidays so that i can meet my family ..... i wish i could go right now ... home is really a heaven

My house to me is like my sanctuary I am not really big on being around alot of people, I am not sure if it is my getting older or what? But I too love being at home

I agree with you, the home is a place of comfort, of growth, of love, and of rest. Therefore, we will always treasure the memories we have in our homes, especially when the love of God is present and the parents are loving, caring, and understanding. It's good to have our own home where we can rest after a days work. Home is where we experience forgiveness and love.

It is something where I can have a peace of mind. More than home I love my room. I spend most of my time in my room and it is like an old friend. I feel very relaxed and free in my room.

I do feel like that as well. There's Indonesian proverb which says 'my home is my palace' and it really suits me. I like staying at home and be together with my loved ones, it's a priceless moment for me.

Home is a Home whether it is small, dirty, clustered or whatever it is. It is not the four walls, chairs and bed. It is freedom which is most important for a person. You can do whatever you want to do, lie down, sit, read or watch television. In other places, you will have hesitation and also as per whims and fancies of others we have to adjust. After all Home is a Sweet Home even if it is a hut.

I feel that my home is more like a safe place where i feel secure to be in.I would not say i can rest much in my house as i have six children and there is always something going on in the house as well as people in the house wanting yout attention most of the time.

That's jsut what's the home it is, full of warmth, peace and happyniess, IMO home is the most important part of life. No other place could be comparable to it.

I didn't like to stay at home when I was a child. But I like my home very much now. I feel very comfortable even when I stay at home with nobody! Like your said, No place like home!
