Honestly, just watching those people suffer through all that rain is making me feel as though I'm about to get pneumonia. What happened to Russell Galu was really scary. For one minute there, seeing him staring straight ahead with unseeing eyes, I was actually afraid he had died (but, of course, that would have made news even before this season aired - or this season would not even have aired at all). He really should have known better than to push himself some more if he was already feeling weak. It's amazing how the others just meekly accepted any decision he made, but I guess that's partly how their team stayed so strong, being united like that. It was so sad to see Russell just cry at the news that he was being pulled from the game. You could tell what a fighter he really was the way he was arguing about just being dehydrated and that he was fine. If I had been blacking out that way, I would have demanded to be taken out of that miserable place straight away (but that's me - I'm kind of a wimp, hehe). With tribal council being canceled, Foa Foa was spared being cut down to just four members (Galu lost Russell, of course). They're convinced that it's their turn to rule now. Do you agree? I think the only reason why they were leading in that challenge was because Russell was sick in the first place. Who do you think would have gone next for each tribe had the tribal council pushed through? Who do you think is going to replace Russell as Galu's leader?

They weren't that far ahead. Maybe they would have done much worse if Russell S. had been healthy. And maybe that's why they canceled the challenge instead of just having them pick up where they left off or starting over. Neither one would have been totally fair, I guess.

Exactly. Even with Russell S sick, they weren't far ahead. They really can't claim it as a moral victory. :)

Well from previews it shows that Shambo is taking the leader role. I personally do not think that Galu would have won the challenge. But now I doubt seriously that they will be as good as they once were. Ecspecially with Shambo at the lead. Don't get me wrong, I like Shambo, but she is not the motivator. I believe she will try to dominate and will soon be removed from the game. Maybe even this week. Good to see you discussing Survivor. Check out my weekly discussions. I just posted one for last week. Shambo is amazing. Clueless, but amazing. The guys on her tribe are just big, fat JERKS! Therefore, Shambo FTW!
