what is in your veg tonite ?

today i have had alu curry and chapathi.I like them a lot.

My veggies tonight were tomatoes, onions, garlic and green pepper mixed with angel hair pasta, red pepper flakes and olive oil. Its a delicious meal.

well today i prepared alu-gobhi with hot parathas...i too prepare the kind of mix veg you described with capsicum,cottage cheese,french beans,carrot,tomatoes and a dash of butter . its both easy and tastes good.

Hi aweins, well at the moment there is a chicken roasting in the oven alongside some shallots. So in a little bit I just need to cook the cauliflower and brussels sprouts to go with it. I got the sprouts yesterday as the first out this year, and we love them, just cooked for a couple of minutes. We wait all year for them as frozen ones bear no resemblance to the real thing and this year they are two whole months early.
