How will I inquire my balance in smartbro prepaid?

hi jlamela! hope you still remember me. we cam across many discussions earlier this year when i was still have. then i went on "vacation" for a while and now i am back. crazyoverpurple already answered your question. and i think everything is there already. now i have a concern. i am a globe tattoo user but i have been planning to switch to smartbro because i have heard that its more inexpensive in terms of cost per surfing time., anyway i would like to ask you.. what do you think of the smartbro connection based on your experience? are there cases that you got disconnected? i am experiencing disconnection (ALWAYS) in the tattoo. please let me know and share your experience. thanks in advance!
