If you call and nobody answers, how many times do you call back?

It depends on what day and time you call. If you call on a Monday morning, your chances of getting through to someone are slim. Try calling at 2 pm and then every 1/2 hour or so after if you don't get through. Tuesday is another busy day, but by Wednesday, the calls have probably slowed down. I get this information from experience as a customer service rep for an insurance company as well as a call center.

I get upset when people call me more than twice, and I try to give the same respect. I generally call once, and hang up at the answer machine. I call again, just in case they were having trouble getting to the phone, and if they do not answer, I leave my message. Any more than that and I feel like I would be annoying them if they are simply avoiding the phone at that time.

It really depends on what the call is about. I usually will call twice without a message and on my third I will leave a message telling them that I had called several times and I am now leaving the information as to why Im calling. dl

If i was to phone a company and they never answered then i would only call them twice as i would think that they must have too much todo or that they never wanted my money.

hey there i hate it when some one doesnt pick up my call.. really irritates me ..unless and until it is an official call and i need to make a coversation i never bother calling back.i sually never call any one with out any reason ( i eman my friends and relatives) and if they don pick up maximm what i would do is try once more and then forget it.. i never call again

...only twice, did you try checking on the internet if they have corporate website? you can find some details or better yet go to their contact us tab, they usually post extention numbers of customers service numbers or email address...i hope this help..have a nice day!!

it happens to me a lot of times ., but actually we can't do anything about it ., if the person you are calling is not answering her/his phone ., but i always tried two or three times in a row before quitting ., and leave a message after .,

If this would happen to me. I will try five times before I quit. Then I will send a message to him or her.
