Thank you. Everyone has been so gracious with their comments! I took this photo at the Museum of Life and Science in Durham, North Carolina. If you are ever in Durham please visit the museum. They have a wonderful Butterfly conservatory that is just spectacular. I loved working there. So wonderful to take your work break with beautiful butterflies flying around you. So much peace. I miss it.

Enter the photo. You can always try to compete. If you don't enter the contest you can not compete. Pretty simple. I encourage you to at least try.

I agree that it is a gorgeous shot. How fortunate that you were able to capture such beauty at your workplace! We went to a zoo last month and I hoped to see some butterflies. I love how beautiful they are. Unfortunately, it was too cold and there weren't any around! Thanks for sharing your photo. I definitely think you should submit it. The shadows behind the butterfly only add to its beauty, I believe.
There's no harm in entering the contest and giving it an honest try. You won't give yourself a chance to succeed if you never try! Good luck!!
