Without debit or credit card , it is not possible to get our account verified. We can verify with the virtual credit card but this card will be having the limited validity only.It is better to collect the debit card from the bank where you are having the account. But the card should be capable of of handling online transactions.I got the debit card but mine is not suitable for online transactions and hence I am not able to verify my account still.

You can not verify your paypal account without any card..But you can still withdraw your fund from your paypal account to your bank account. You need to enter the IFSC code of your bank and your bank account number for this.As you are from India, you will get your fund within 7 days of your request.

I believe that PayPal usually require a checking account (one which is not just a savings account but allows you to have a check book or debit card). The reason is that PayPal is essentially not a bank but a payment medium, so they need your authority to be able to transfer funds to your bank account AND to withdraw funds if you make a PayPal purchase which exceeds the balance in your PayPal account. Some savings accounts, for example, those which don't have immediate access or need notice in order to withdraw funds, don't qualify. I understand, of course, that you may never intend to do this but it's a requirement of PayPal that they should be able to get the money if you did overspend. Verification is very simple and (though it may depend on the country you live in) only requires that you give PayPal your account details. I don't think that you necessarily need a credit or debit card ... just a particular kind of account - one that you have authority to access and into which funds can be deposited . The way that PayPal 'verify' your account is, once you have entered your account details (Bank, Branch, Branch code, Account number and the exact name used for your account) they will deposit two small amounts of less than one unit of your local currency. Once you see these appear on your statement, you go back to your PayPal account and type in these numbers as a four-figure code. This verifies that you have access to the account you specified. That is actually all they need: just verification that you have proper access to the account you specified. This process is COMPLETELY safe. PayPal are a very respectable and reliable company. If your account isn't suitable, they will tell you and will NOT keep your details!

The 'four digit code' is composed of the two amounts that you see on your statement. If PayPal deposited two amounts of, say, $0.32 and $0.25, the 'code' would be 3225. It's fully explained on the page where you go to verify your account.

step 1 - ONLINE : go to paypal website and put there info they ask. step 2 - OFF LINE- AT YOUR BANK : once the paypal transaction apears on yor account, on account statement you'll have the secret code. Write it on a piece of paper. step 3 - ONLINE : go again to paypal website and write (type) that code where is required. Note: between step 1 and 2 may be one-three days gap, don't be affraid. If on your bank you won't find any paypal transaction within a week or so, contact paypal thru them contact form is on them site or by phone.

Hi SACHIN2708, without having a card you cannot verify your paypal account. If your account is in 'alertpay', there is no need of a card to verify. In paypal, to withdraw money to your bank account, there is no need of a verified account. You have to specify your bank account number, ISFC number etc in your paypal profile page.My paypal account is 'Unverified'. I withdrew $11 which is equal to Rs. 500/- at that time, to my State Bank of India' S/B account few months back. But remember, if your paypal account is unverified, there are a lot of restrictions you have to encounter.

hey your information is really great according to me I read it that for unverified there is a limit that is $500 per month and definately we need IFSC code but if I am not wrong so if you withdraw less than 7000 indian currency so ,you will have to give some charges that is around 250 ruppes so am I wrong or right if I am right so when you did withraw $11 that is equal to 500 rs so you had paid this charges means in your account only $250 had arrived and I also want to know that which kind of restiction you are talking about ,I really dont understand your last points can you tell me in simple words ?

Go to your bank and ask them to give you a DEBIT CARD AVAILABLE FOR ONLINE TRANSACTIONS When you'll have it, use it in paypal site, according to how they instruct you to do there.

Dear, paypal require a CC or DC to verify you're real. Without verification, your paypal transactions are limited to a certain amount of money, after that will be reached, paypal account will be blocked until you verify. Paypal is not a bank, is a payment method, safe and secure. If you don't want paypal money to go to your main bank account for different "reasons ", simply make another account to another bank and get from there the debit card ..
