Emotional Eating

Do you eat when your emotional, bored, stressed out or just feeling blue? I seem to eat when i am bored and can't find anything to do. This week i am trying not to do this and hopefully even loose a pound or two just buy not eating when I'm bored and hopefully doing stuff when I'm bored. I also may be able to keep more food in the house LOL. When you are emotional or even stressed out try doing something around the house or even going for a walk can even help you. Just maybe even getting out of the house with some freinds can always help you out and then your not sitting at home eating and worrying about what is on your mind at the time. Don't eat when your feeling blue or down about something. Doing something creative and put your mind to work and not on food of course.

I am somehow guilty of this because I usually eat food when I am stressed out or if I am bored and have nothing to do. One example of my emotional eating was when I just broke up with my boyfriend, I ate a lot of ice cream and chocolates during that time because I was so lonely. It was a good thing that I snapped out of it though because I would be more unhappy if I was fatter. lol.

I usually eat when I'm bored and have nothing to do. This usually happens late in the afternoon or at midnight. Huhu...

Actually I cannot eat when I am emotional,bored or stressed.. I eat only when I am hungry... Only at times I eat some junk food. Not everyday.may be once in a month or so... I always stick to the 3 times meal a day. On some days, I don't have much of breakfast. Just finish with some plain biscuits...
