Have you noticed a trend pointing toward controversial content getting more replys? If I posted something about stem cell research, abortion, the death penalty, healthcare reform etc? I want to make the most of my posts so should I try this? Does it work for you?

i agree with misterwit the response generation method seems to be a mystery the most responses i ever had were from a post that simply asked about peoples phobias which isn't really controversial at all but something people like to talk about and tell their stories about i guess i really enjoyed the answers too. there have also been discussions that i posted that seemed sure to raise some heads that didn't get a single response much to my confusion. just put up whats on your mind and have fun talking to people its the easiest way to do this thing i think ;)

Welcome to mylot! How about trying to post sothing that is of your interest? It´s wonderful if you have something to say about stem cell research. But if you don´t, there´s no need for you to touch the subject. You not only get paid for recieving a lot of respenses (in fact you do not get paid more for that). You get paid when, fron a nice response, you and other can comment about that. Just imagine that you invite some friends to your home and start talking. That´s the idea about mylot: posts that can lead to discussions. Read the rules and gudelines of the site and it will help too. And answer posts with subjects where you can give us some new poit of view. Happy posting!
