what is window mobile? is it really availble in the market?

I like Microsoft excel as a very useful software. I want to have it on my cellphone. Is it possible to get it on my cell phone. I hared that such mobile or cell phone is available in the market which could install and run the software. Do you help me to tell about such mobile?

You can not BUY Microsoft Windows Mobile operating system. It is not like buying Windows xp or vista. Windows Mobile only comes on Windows CE devices, but there are a few versions of Windows Mobile and the most current one being 6.5.x. Microsoft is calling "Windows Mobile" "Windows Phone" now

Windows Mobile is Microsoft's operating system (OS) for mobile smartphones. There are specific phones that are designed to run on Windows Mobile and you would naturally get the OS when you buy any of these phones. So, you would have to change your phone if you really want to use Windows Mobile.
