can cebu reach have the possibilty to be the capital city of the Philippines??

Many have known that Cebu may be small but terrible!
It is very much awarded because of its beauty and sensibility.
Conserved, maintained and famous because of its glamorous and presentable nature.
Do you think all of these reasons are possibilities that Cebu can be the next capital city of the Philippines????

I think Manila would be still the most progressive city in the Philippines. I am from Cebu City but maybe the criteria for choosing the capital city of one's country is the population and the income of the city too. Since Cebu is too small compared to Manila.

What is wrong with Manila?
I agree that it is in the North and therefore (maybe) not representative but why change things?

I don't know about the criteria for making one's area the capital of a nation. I am settled with Manila as our country's capital and of course i appreciated the beauty of Cebu. Mabuhay!
