I don't know. Go outside and exercise. This will help you have more fun. And get fresh air. You should maintain your body, but your other health is important too. Getting outside can help improve this. I bet that if you stimulate your interest in something then your diet will follow. I don't know, this kind of makes it mean you will be like a nature guy jogging around. But you could jog all over the place. By the streets, on the sidewalks, on a deserted road, or biking path. What I have always wondered is what would happen if I wore a silly hat while doing this. It would take the attention off of me while I could get movement in. I was looking at Halloween but couldn't find any. I've seen this done once. Somebody wore something funny and he was jogging, and people were having fun I guess. But it was weird. I'd like to do that. Hmm. I'll have to find something. I almost bought a little Halloween police man hat, but couldn't. Didn't want to. I gave you these ideas incase you are the type to want variety in their workouts.

Do daily exercise. Walk atleast 3 Kms per day. Help your mom in cooking. Avoid fat foods. Dont sleep always.

I can't disagree with anything that muscles4me said. My complaint was that now that I've gotten older, I can't lose weight. That was so wrong. I've been on a carb cycling diet for three weeks and I've lost 9 lbs. I go to the gym 6 days a week. Cardio is important but don't leave out weights. Weights will help you strengthen and tone your muscles and as a result you will burn more calories. When I first got serious about dieting, I started by writing down everything that I ate for a week without changing how I eat. I was stunned to learn how many calories I was eating in a day. DH and I eat out a lot and I checked restaurant websites and again was stunned at how many calories there were in things that I would order because I thought that I was eating healthy. I check nutritional information before I go out to eat and if the restaurant doesn't provide it, I don't eat there. Best of luck to you.
