Does the clothes people wear reflect their personality. For example if a person prefers wearing flashy clothes does it signify that he\she is full of energy.

Nahhhh, people tend to wear masks, clothes for an example will never tell you how really that person is if you don't actually know him. Just say, you give good clothes to a farmer, a suit a tie everything, will his manners get better on the dinner table ? Will he speak with a complicated/intellectual speech ? I don't think so. Especially to me, when it comes to girls, you'll never know if they are truthful or not. Only time can tell. Well that's just my experience though.

Not necessarily. I wear dark colored clothes but that doesn't mean that I am a dark person on the inside and that I'm dull. I think if you judge a person by looks, it's quite shallow. Get to know the person first before looking at the clothes he/she wears.

i dont personally think so, but society has an entirely dif perspective than I lol! So I guess in the world how you dress does say alot to other people about who you are, but honestly I dont think it speaks the truth as looks can be decieving. I greatly enjoy wearing my jeans and tshirt! Its comfortable for me and it prob does say a little about who I am - Just plain and down to earth and i like to be comfy and i just dont really feel the need to impress the world when I go to the grocery lol! But I had a corporate job for many years and I wore high priced suits and heels and socialized with all the mucky mucs. It would have appeared I was a very snooty sophisticated person, but all actuality it was just my job because I would run home after to find my jeans :) - Has alot to do with cant judge a book by its cover!

I don't belive this is always true. You have to know a person to find out who they are or what they are really like, or at least talk to them first. I am a constant surprise to people because of my looks and dress, and I think this is true of many. In fact, I even surprise people who do know me sometimes. Last week a 20+ year friend from my High School days actually told me "Georgie, I had no idea you were that smart!" Always fun to be what you don't seem to be. Also, we have to be on the lookout for phonies, liars, posers, con artists and other such creatures. Someone might not indeed be who they look like!
