It seems like whenever I eat foods with onions in them or on them, I tend to get sleepy. This can be rather annoying if I eat the food early in the day, because I need to be alert and awake. However, it works out great if I eat it a few hours before bedtime because it helps me drift off to sleep. How about you? Does eating onions make you sleepy or am I the only one this happens to?
