I love dimsum especially Hakaw (made from Shrimp). One of my favorites is also Sweet & Sour Pork. There's one restaurant which adds peach into it so it's quite unique. Yum!

I actually live in the Philippines so I guess this is a variation here. I would very much want to go to China in the future and get to try the food there.

hi,kareendj, thank you for your response!in China, sweet and sour pork is a kind of home-style cooking loved by the mass.but I've never heard that it can be favored with peach!very unique indeed!

I love Chinese food! We have a carry out/delivery Chinese restaurant near our house and order it maybe once a month. I love eggrolls (preferrably shrimp) and chicken with cashews. Actually, I love most dishes that contain snow peas because I love snow peas. Shrimp fried rice is also a favorite of mine. I guess I couldn't really say what my favorite dish is because I like so many. Our nearby restaurant has something called "Pu pu platter" and I ordered that once just because the name was funny. But, once I got it, I've ordered it many times.

HI CathyLee. Yes, the pu pu platter is a combination of several different things, including an egg roll and fried shrimp. I like it, I guess, because it has small portions of several different things instead of one big thing.

My favorites are shomai and siopao. Siomai is the best with matching "kalamansi" juice, soy sauce, deep fried chili and garlic. Hmmm it makes my mouth water. You can actually buy it everywhere. and the good thing is it's very affordable. Cheers!

i personally dont like chinese food spicy. I don't really have a favorite dish because I have eaten too much chinese food and I've gotten used to it... but one dish I would recommend is the shrimp fried rice. It doesn't taste that fishy as you may think, and it tastes better than other fried rice.. (i think). Spring rolls are also good ahaha I think many people have already discovered that though.
