I just received a call from my mobile saying that I just won a trip to Cancun! Grrrr! How do these people get my number! I sat through one of these calls before until I found out that I had to purchase something to avail of my prize. That's why they are asking for my credit card number. Geez! What do they think? I was born yesterday? So I hang up mid sentence! Do you get these calls? What do you do?

Hello Bounce. Yes I think these people think of ways to pray on those that aren't so smart. I think that these people should be charged for making these calls to cell phones. No we don't get these kinds of calls I think there is some law passed here in Missouri that don't allow these calls to cell phones. They call our home phone number but we know it is someone trying to get money so we don't answer the phone. When they get the answering machine they just hang up. We don't answer the cell if we don't know the number anyway. I would talk to them and tell them what I think about their service which isn't very nice. Have a great day!

Lucky you if you don't get these calls in your area. I heard recently that for them this is just a numbers game. The more they call, the more the chance that there is going to be someone who will be naive enough to get victimized by these aggresive callers. We should get the word out there for people to be wary.

Hi Bounce. I tell everyone if you don't know the number don't answer it. They are just out to get what they can and that is how they make a living.

yeah i got a call like this a a few times not that long ago, they wound up getting hung up on. they don't seem to understand that we're in drought there for can't get away.
