somebody told me not to eat too much bread as it makes the stomach bloat and form into small solidy something inside our stomach... ewww..... as in the process of making bread also is not good since it went through several process and that's includes chlorinating it to make it white and extra white. just like in sugar, brown is preferable than white since white undergo processes. and they told me further that this chemical used has no good effect in our health. what do you think? As for the root crops like sweet potatoes, cassava and other root crops has many benefits in our health. So when you think of eating bread in any other way makes one healthy, well think again...

White flour has been bleached with oxide of nitrogen, chlorine, chloride, nitrosyl and benzoyl peroxide mixed with various chemical salt. This process removes 15 vitamins and minerals. Then just four vitamins and minerals are added back. 100% whole wheat and can be good for you. !00% whole wheat bread is really a much better choice. The root crops that you mentioned are full of the nutrients we need but we also need o add a good amount of leafy green vegetable too.

hi,alexysabelle! I like bread and potatoes, though I like rice best. each kind of crop contains energy we need,so I think if only it is cooked in a safe and proper way, each is a good choice. as for food safty,of course the safest way is to make it in person at home.cooking brings fun too. have a good day!

Well, consuming too much of anything a bad for your health. Personally i would prefer bread since it's readily available and much cheaper if you compare it to root crops especially in you live in the city. There are also a lot of varieties you can choose from which you can get for the same price. Cheers!
