I would give her my seat, of course! The same with an old man. We should respect our elders, they worked hard and raised their children and did the best they could and they deserve to be deferred to.

I would ceertily give up my seat to an elder, a pregnant person or anybody that looks like they need it worse than me.

Hi thebest, It is my pleasure to offer my seat to old people (irrespective of the gender), pregnant women and women carrying kids and handicaps. I think we should kind enough to offer our seat for the right people. But I have seen that some people are never bother to offer a seat for old people or ladies. Some may sit in the seat which is reserved for ladies, if we ask to leave the seat then they will think twice whether to get up or not. I really feel angry on those people. If there is no rush in bus I won’t ask the ‘reserved seat’ for ladies. But is pity to see some people are just ignoring old people or ladies and enjoying their travel by sitting comfortably.
