I think it will be extremely difficult for us to survive without the internet.I was on a trip to some remote places of my country last month and having no connection there,I almost felt bereft of a limb! For net-savvy people like us,thriving without the internet is like being denied a basic necessity, much like food or water!I hope such a day will never come when the internet disappears from the face of the earth!

Many of us could not. My biology teacher used to say that once our society advances in technology, we cannot go back. This holds true with the ease of access to information that is brought to us through the Internet. As society advances, it's almost like we sign a contract that we can never go back to the way things were.

Humans will always adapt. It is amazing how life is. When we have the internet, there is not many people that do get together on the streets in the neighbourhood. Only in the last couple of weeks, we had a black out that lasted couple of hours. But it was so amazing that people was just walking out on to the streets just having a chat to all the neighbours. We lose one source of entertainment so we have to find another source.
