Why the PayPal system is not applicable in Pakistan?

I want to deal at eBay. But unfortunate I could not buy anything from eBay.com. Cause I belong to such under developed country where the pay pal system is not applicable. I don't know that, How could I solve my this problem. Why the PayPal system is not applicable in Pakistan? Can anyone of mylotee guide or help me in this respect?

hey dear first may be there will be another option in eBay.like Libertyreserve, alertpay such like that did you check it? but I am thinking another question that if Paypal is not applicable in your country so how you will be paid from Mylot because Mylot pays via paypal what do you think about that ?

m money booker account holder. I had opened that account through mylot.com, I have a little deposit in that online account. I think administration of mylot will seek some alternate system or resource for the persons, could operate the Paypal account, I think.

but dear what you will do ? it means you will not able to get paid from mylot is it ? or did you find any otherway?

I have done a little bit of searching because I thought that Paypal was suppose to be world wide. But I found a site that may provide you with some information. I haven't read it through fully but have a read of it and see what you think.
