Hello,I have lent money to a friend of mine... quite a good amount over a period of time and I still do.. but expecting nothing in return.. coz i know that my friend cannot return the money.. it's not that i can afford it.. coz i'm struggling too... I believe there's something called TRUE FRIENDSHIP.. where u don't expect your money back or anything in return. I wish I had the money to help...

Hi,I don't know what the criteria is.. but i'm sure it's not b'coz ur country is underdeveloped. Paypal is not available here in the UAE also.. a rich and developed country.
