corruption in mexico

this has been tumbling around in my head for a while,i lived in mexico city for 5 yrs and saw every form of corruption from the police to the government all throughout the country .i've been troubled by this because it is a cancer that needs to be cured there are many beautifull hard working honest people in mexico that just can't make it with what they earn over there..they are oppressed by the government and can't find a solution..i would like to know how you would try and figure a solution to this problem.i hope this doesn't offend anybody.

I know exactly how you feel, I'm from the united states, but I am familiar with all the corruption going on down there, and my heart really does go out to the innocent people that have to live in that atmosphere! I was sitting and thinking about it the other day, and I couldn't come up with a solution to even deter that mess down there! And it's a shame, because I know there are a lot of good people down there that deserve better than that! Not to mention all the good looking mejicanas ! If this country here would get their head out of their a#$, they could do something, but they have their own troubles right now! Really, I think it's time for another 'Pancho Villa', I know he wasn't an angel, but he changed the government where it was liveable for a while!
