How to make foreign friends on the Internet?

Do u hava any foreign friends?
And I want to make some foreign friends,too. But I don't know how to contact.
Any chatting tools do you like? I like MSN and ICQ.
I would be grateful if you can share your experience with me.

I have some foreign friends. I have made friends using chat clients like Yahoo and MSN. Also recently I've started using Facebook and its a good place to make friends. But as another person suggested its a very dicey thing as most people are here to have fun and their definition of fun doesnt often have to be clean. Just have to be careful about others before you reveal too much to them. But yes you can find good people also.

Hello fightinghard. I got my foreigner online friends from tagged. But i would need to caution you that there are some people there who can really be nasty and sleazy. I just deleted my profile there this month as i felt that i have garnered enough friends already. i also had 2 new chinese chatmates and i both got them here in mylot. I am from the philippines and i would love to have another chinese chatmate!

Hello. I travel to foreign countries quite often and have made very nice friends in different countries. We keep in touch by emails, and also on ICQ. I can say, ICQ is a favorite way for keeping in touch and also for finding new friends in foreign countries. I have not tried it myself, but I have heard some people prefer Hi5. If you like, you might want to try it too.
