I think the fort Hood shooter will get life in prison without possibility of parole since the medical staff at Walter Read said he was possible psychotic. Why did they not report him then? The is case is similar to uni-bomber why Harvard PHD who was crazy and tried to defend himself. What do you think should happen tothe alleged shooter at Fort Hood and what shouldhappen tothe mds whofailed to report his strange behavior?

Some of the PC crowd may like this because if he is guilty because of insanity then once "Cured" he can be seet free.

Hello Shoffman2000, Remember he was supposdly helping others through there drama's etc. He may have been good there for a while. It does not exuse what he did that he should pay for it. Life in prison is ok for me. What about those soldier who rape other ladies and killed them in there regiment etc.. they get life in prison and not dealth penalty like in normal court case if went to trial etc... The service protect their own just like police department. They have their own rules and standards etc. They have a court martial system that there own peers judge the person on his acts and his career along the way. Thanks and Have a great day Sincerely Unique16
