potatoes in zip bag

fresh potatoes - potato! potato! and lots of potato

i want to have a on the go salad with potatoes in it, so i boiled some potatoes and store in zip bag, i was wondering how long can i keep a boiled potatoes in zip bag and put it in the fridge? do you have any idea how to preserve my boiled potatoes?

My advice is dont keep any of the vegetables, even if it it is fresh, in the fridge.. It is not safer for your health.. All these food items are like slow poison.. It will kill us even without our own knowledge.. please make some dish and eat those potatoes soon.

hi bart you can keep coo ked potatoes in the fridge for several days and its safe but do not make your potato salad until you are about to eat it then put mayo aNd whatever veggies you wish to add, and then eat it. Its stupid to say you cannot keep cooked veggies in the fridge for just a day or so;we would go broke it we threw them out just a few hours after cooking t henm.l thats silly .
