If PRIVACY is dead what amendment will replace it?

Was their ever right to privacy?

The fourth amendment is generally cited as the "right to privacy" in the U.S., because it gives you the right to be secure in your belongings, and yourself, without unwarranted search and seizure. In other words, they can't look through your stuff and take it for evidence if they don't have a warrant, reasonable doubt that you're innocent of wrongdoing, or you don't give them permission to search.

For one thing, the Health Care Amendment will take all of our privacy away. The government will want to know everything you eat so you don't get fat and get diabetese. They will be in to everthing about you but, don't worry a smart woman like Hillary will get it all worked out. Maybe she'll come up with an amendment to revive privacy.
