So many problems came this past 3 weeks, and I feel so, so bad now. Our internet connection in the office; for over a month now, we can't have continues connection for the day. We can have the connection, if it gets on, only for a few hours in the afternoon. The most is 3 hours. I got free internet from my mobile provider for almost 4 months. But for almost a week now, I can't get in. Maybe, they already traced my connection? Or maybe, they really stopped giving the subscriber free connection. Also, for almost 3 weeks now, I've got this painful boil under my butt. I never got the best relief from herbal treatment. I thought it will be gone after 2 weeks of treating it with herbs, which made me so tried it, because I lack money. But last Friday, when I got my salary for last pay period, my wife decided to acoompany me to the doctor. Gosh, I thought it will get drained that time, but the doctor told us that it cannot be drained that time. So he prescribed another set of antibiotics and anti-bacterial ointment. That already cost about 2 thousand pesos. And that made us pass paying the rent. At least, the landlady understands the situation we are in... By this time, the boil continue to get smaller, slightly, everyday. But the pain is still there, and I still can't sit normally. Anyway, I am happy to get back today. I guess the connection here will last until our office closes at five, so I make use out of it now. Now, I made this post to ask you, my dear friends. Will it be fine to get a laptop for myself (if I have extra and enough money) and internet connection (plan subscription) at home, so I can always get to mylot, whenever I wish. So that my kids can also get use of it, whenever they need it, especially if they have school researches and homeworks? There are two subscription plans available in our place, prepaid and post-paid. Which one do you prefer, or what plan are you currently using? Do you go to internet cafe and rent? Or do you get it free?

How tough your situation has been been my friend. So sorry to hear that herbals did not make you well. Well my sister do gets instant relief as soon as she takes 30 capsules of Fern-C each day and she perked it up with 12 capsules of malunggay capsules too or its either she will drink lots of malunggay juice each day with Fern C. In 3 to 4 days, boils will shrink till it dried up as her medication goes. The biological doctor never wants her to take antibiotic and anti-bacterial medication because that weakens her immune system all the more. With regard to your internet connection, we are using Smart Bro at home and we only pay P999 each month. In the office, I we also use Smart Bro and we can freely use it. I have a laptop but I seldom use it for surfing unless I am on a long travel. Smart Bro prepaid is like renting in a computer cafe. It's P20 per minute and a lot costlier than the unlimited broadband.

yes, salonga, i thought it will make me feel better with the herbs. but even the agony of pain did not lessen or disappear. that's why we sacrified the house rent so that the doctor could finally end what i am experiencing. i thought he could take the necessary operation to drain it but he said, it's not even time to open it, so he just gave me anti-biotics and anti-bacterial cream. anyway, i hope this will be gone in another 3 to 4 days. I think, prepaid internet connection is costly. This is one feedback i got from some of my friends using the said plan. And if we will just use it for mylotting, we really have to be very active to be avail to earn more, to at least pay for the monthly expense. But I guess, if I will get the P999, I really have to do more of mylotting. And should work more of the online programs available. But one thing I wanted to know about P999, is it the mobile version, or the one that is stable in one place? Is this the one that has a small antenna placed at your roof?

hi neildc, i undestand what u felt in those days. it is too hard to stay away from a net connection for more than 3 weeks. so i suggest you to handle an individual network. say, i am using broad band and post paid net connection equally. i know it is well expensive but i am satisfied and happy though. thanks and welcome to mylot again.lol

hi neildc wow those boils are the pits, I had one similar once on my shoulder and it was so sore. finally the doctor opened it and drained it, it was a sebaceous cyst and I had to have the cyst removed or else it would fill again and be infected and just like a boil in many ways. now I am free of the thing, and its all nicely healed. thank goodness. for internet I am on time warner cable for the cheapest one they have which costs me about thirty one dollars a month. I have to have a router connected as I still have the old windows 2000 which is a great program but not modern enough for the cable to work so its connected to a router too so I can get the internet. nope we cant get anything free these days.

hi patsie. yes, this one really is painful and i really, really want to get rid of this very soon. i hope, when i get back to the doctor, he will finally get it out. i wanted to end this pain soon. with you internet, i guess it's cheap, but it's more than what providers offer here. i think, if converted to US dollars, we can get unlimited internet for only $21 or so. what only hesitates people of choosing this plan is the service. but anyway, most subscribers have a lot of complains with the service of their providers. lol

Oh, Neil! It breaks my heart to hear about your troubles! I'm glad that you were able to at least post this discussion from work. I was beginning to wonder what was going on with you. I've been busy trying to make certain officials understand the importance of my urgent need to receive what is owed to me, calling almost every day now. I've been assured (yeah, again) that it should take no later than December 3rd. I can't believe they've allowed it to go on this long! It is obvious to me now that they have selected me to screw with because I've heard from so many other people who said they received their money after a few weeks to a few months after their hearing, while my hearing was over 9 months ago now and I STILL have received nothing. I'll be checking my mailbox every day and hoping for the best. Anyway, I am so sorry to hear that your boil has not healed yet. That must be awful! Hopefully, your last prescription of antibiotics will cure it. I'm very glad to hear that you have an understanding landlady! Some of them can be very unsympathetic. Now, about internet service, we have a prepaid, monthly plan. I doubt there are any post-paid plans around here. Nobody trusts anyone in this neck of the woods, so we must pay first, then receive our service. But, it is a monthly plan so we get the bill in the mail and must pay it before a certain date or they will turn it off. The internet is the one thing my husband refused to give up while he was unemployed because he was trying to make money being self-employed. He did make some, but not as much as we needed. However, whichever you choose, I recommend having it at home because, if you spend enough time here and at other money-making sites, you can earn enough to pay for the internet, sometimes more. I make enough money in one month to pay for a dial-up service with some left over... not much, only a few dollars, but a little. (We have high-speed cable internet and there's no way I could pay for that each month! I'm glad that my husband's salary can cover the bill.) Also, having the internet available for your kids for their schoolwork is always a good idea. Any information they might need is right there, available at their fingertips. I remember when we first got the internet. My kids were still in school and it did help them tremendously. We didn't have to go to the library all the time once we had the internet. Before then, we were at the library at least once a week. Sometimes, they needed information after the library closed for the day, so having the internet solved that problem. We have internet service in our area as low as $10.00 a month. I'm not sure what that translates to in pesos but it's pretty cheap compared with other plans. Of course, it's certainly nowhere near the fastest service available, but when you can't afford fast, you go with whatever you can. I had this cheaper service in my other house when my son was living there and, actually, he said there wasn't much difference in the speed because even the slower, dial-up services now are much faster than they used to be. Take care of yourself and do what the doctor said! We all want you to get better! I'll be in touch with you the minute I get good news.

I guess the antibiotics really works for me now. about 5 days after taking them, my wife noticed wetness in my shorts and she said the boil maybe opened already. i thought i just sat on something wet, because i never felt anything. but when i checked it, it really opened and some fluids coming out, but not much of it. i felt some relief since then. the thing is still there, but i am happy that i feel less pain now. i think you have the cheapest internet that i have learned. $10 is about 450 to 480 pesos only, if converted to our money. i heard of monthly post paid plans here which ranges from 799 to 1299 pesos. we also have prepaid plans, where you have to buy loads from different ways, like express loading via electronic transfer and load prepaid cards where you have to personally load it in your sim card through cell phones (via sms). prepaids are available 20 pesos per hour, so there's a lot difference. this time, i am in my wife's sister's house so i am able to post some, but i will not be going on for a long time. i just wait for the good news from you coming to my inbox. you take care too, marti dear.

Hi best, nice to hear from you again. If I were you, I would buy a laptop and I would suggest that you go to postpaid plan. It is more convenient than using prepaid. I've tried prepaid for a month and I am not really satisfied because you will have limited time only. So if I were you, I'd really go for the postpaid with unlimited access in the net. HUGZ best, have to rest again. Will talk to you later.

I use the internet at home. I rented from a provider, at a cost of approximately $ 15 per month. I am free to use the Internet for 24 hours a day. I installed the wireless router to be used by all my family.

nice to hear from you. i think you have the cheapest internet service, $15 monthly. if you will do mylot alone, you can get it as free internet, if you can get to earn more than $10 a month, if you get to payout monthly. that's good. i hope, i can get my own system at hope, soon. thanks for sharing.
