The best thing yOu can dO is call a religiOus figure whO can administer the rites of exOrcism. One whO has a very strOng faith in casting Out the evil spirit. I dOn't know what i can dO if ever this unusual thing happens tO me. But what i dO knOw is that i have a strOng faith in GOD and my persOnal relationship with HIM is very clOse that i wOuldn't even fear of any evil spirits pOssessing me. I believe that having a strOng faith and clOser relationship with GOD makes One more secure from evil manifestatiOn and temptatiOn.

Hi Irelee, I had this experience back in high school. We had spirit of the glass in one of my classmates' house. It ended up in the glass being moved so hard it tipped, and then one classmate started screaming. She was shouting at the top of her voice, and acting like crazy. We all decided she was possessed by the spirit we called. We were so scared and spent the whole afternoon up to midnight looking for a quack doctor. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) we couldn't find one, so we brought her to the hospital. She was discharged 2 days after. At the time it happened I believed she was really possessed, she looked exactly like the one shown in horror movies. But now, looking back, I had doubts if that was really genuine or if she was just acting out. Even she, the one who was supposed to be possessed, says it's not true because she didn't remember anything. Up to now it's still a puzzle to me. As to your question, people back then advised us not to bring her to the hospital as it could be the end for her. But it was the only place that calmed her down. The doctors said she had nervous breakdown.
