Do you know someone who can't seem to go through life without having accidents, so far she's been in six, 5 while she was driving and the last one while she was a passenger. It has never been her fault, but I do wonder if maybe she needs a class in defensive driving. Do you know someone like this?

Not driving, but my nephew is very accident prone. Generally just tears around, not looking where he's going, runs into things, manages to partially impale himself on things, very scary. He's made it to 12, so maybe he will manage to grow up though...

My sister was like that, totaled a few cars, never her fault. Just always busy and in a hurry.

I definitely think she could benefit from a class. If they had been available when I was young I could have probably avoided lots of my accidents--I had a few years when people kept turning left in front of me! Had I known what to look for, I could have avoided them.

We have a couple of relatives like this. So nothing seems to surprise me with them. I just think some people have really bad luck or they just need to pay more attention to what they're doing.

Yes, I'm related to her! The last time I took my last car to the body shop, the man said: tell her crash it right here (and he pointed) and then you'll basically have a whole new car body. Ugh! Thank God no one ever got hurt. Karen

Yes, my son. I think he is accident prone. He had met some accidents since he was a small boy. He accidentally stepped on our dog and he was bitten by it twice on the same thing. He helped me pump out water from our manual pump and he accidentally released the handle which hit his jaw and cut his lips. Now that he is older, he had met so many traffic accidents, his fault or the other party. I have often advised him to be very careful but sometimes it happens again. Might be that he is being careless, too?

My son used to be accident prone when he was a kid.He cut his head open on a no cycling sign,he came off his bike and cut his chin open on the kerb stone. He pulled a tooth out while at the cubs ,he caught the tooth in the floor boards of the scout hut and slide right along the floor. He tripped over his own feet in fact the local hospital got to know him quite well.It was nightmare for about two years.
