How to get fit all the time

I am easily to get tired especially in the afternoon. After working in the morning till afternoon..I miss the moment when I am still teenage. I have a lot of spirit and energy until late at night. How can I regain that streght? Is it because of stress and tension I become easily get tired and sleepy?

I have found that I have a lot more energy to get through the day when I exercise on a regular basis. I started this earlier in the year and made an effort to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. You'd think that this would cause you to be worn out, but for me it has done just the opposite. When I exercise I not only have more energy to get through the day, but I also sleep a lot better than I do otherwise.

yes, maybe you are too stressed and preoccupied, my suggest you should take a time for sport which you like. Not need to sport a heavy ... enough a sport of mild but enough to produce perspiration. do a sport at least 10 minutes every day can make a more healthy mental, clarity, reduced stress and lead to feelings of happiness. Sports create a smooth blood circulation, burn fat and calories, and reduce the risk of high blood pressure

hi riani! stress at work is really big factor in lossing your emotional strenght. aching muscles, loss of appetite, restless sleep and a complete sense of exhaustion are sign of stress and this can lead to poor health and even injury...have time to yourself, go out with your friends, watch movies, go outdoor activities or exercise..this can relieves stress in you life and regain you emotional strenght...

Hello Riani, To Remain Fit all time you should get up Early in the morning and should go outside from your house for walking or Jogging,Do Exercises and after Returning home you should Do Asanas which empowers your muscular and thinking capacity which gives you a whole day refreshment and Enjoying Day. Also To keep a Eye on your Diet not to take Fatty Foods and drink 4-5 litres of water daily and Refreshing Juice in morning and Evening,This also makes you Stressfree which gives you more oppurtunity to think Better and Effective.
