Those hot ones are not for me..lol..I don't much care for a lot of heat and I have had a pepper or two burn me up. I'm ok with sweeter ones but I still don't eat a lot of them.

Yes i do have sets of vegetables that i don't like eating. These are the following: radish, okra and celery. I know many loves eating these veggies and even made them their favorite but i am throwing up every time i try eating. I don't put celery in my noodles -"bihon". No radish in my "sinigang" or "nilaga" i hate the smell of it once you open your casserole and okra for "pakbet" it's okay but i don't eat it. The slippery feel makes me blow.

Hi, se7. Many people have said that they eat Eggplant. And they love it. But, this is one veggie that you may have to blindfold me on. The other veggie is beets. I have heard that they say that this is good for your blood and it helps with Iron regularities as well. I love other veggies, but these two you can't pay me to eat it! I have eaten beets before, and they are nasty. They taste bitter and it leaks of deep reddish juice..

When i was a small child i never taste even one of this veggie. But during my younger days i tried to taste one leafy vegetable it was a camote tops and for me it taste good. And when i settled my life with my husband i appreciate much the importance of vegetable into our body..

I don't like tomato, it tastes weird to me. It's not even in compliance with my way of eating so it doesn't bother me to avoid it, but I use it really seldom. It seems weird.

I am not a picky eater at all, and I eat lots of vegetables everyday, whether raw or cooked! However, there are a few I won't touch: hominy, beet roots (leaves are fine), and jicama root. Even the smell of hominy makes me feel sick. My parents once force-fed it to me when I was little because I wouldn't eat it. Sometimes I can handle it if it is fixed like grits, a popular dish in the southern US, with lots of flavorings mixed in, but even then I try not to have to eat it. Jicama (if I'm spelling it right) tasted like dirt to me the one time I had it, while beets tasted like dirt with sugar. Yuck! I would give them all another try, but I don't think anything would change. I do love cucumbers and tomatoes though! I grow them in my garden every year!

I don't like onions or mushrooms. I don't know if they are the kind of vegetable you are talking about. I like spinich and carrots raw, but if they are cooked I don't like them. A lot of the responses cited okra and eggplant as veggies they don't like, I don't know if I like them because I've never tried them.

I like cucumber, but I don't eat tomatos. Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one who doesn't eat tomatos around me, but I really dislike the taste.

I do not know whether Mushroom qualifies as a vegetable. If so, then I do not eat Mushroom, somehow I had it's strong taste. So in pizzas I would spend a significant amount of time removing mushrooms from my Pizza. Apart from that all vegetables work for me. Cheers! Ram

I like most vegetables. The only one that I really do not like is mushrooms. The only time I will eat them is if there really is no way to pick them out of my food. Like you with the cucumbers, I think it might just be the texture I don't like more than anything else. Now, besides mushrooms, there is a vegetable that I can't eat because it makes me ill, literally, and that's spinach. I don't know what it is, but i will get sick to my stomach if I eat something with spinach in it.

Just to remind you, tomatoes are fruits not vegetables. I don't like tomatoes if eaten fresh like that, but i love it when it's juiced. For vegetables, I don't think there's any particular vegetables that I don't eat, because I'm a vegetable fan myself.

I don't eat squash. I really don't know why but maybe because I wasn't use to it when I was a child? When my wife prepared a vegetable soup with squash, I automatically put it away from my bowl.
