Do you believe a woman who is raped should be forced to have her baby?

If a woman who is raped becomes pregnant from that incident, do you believe that the woman should be forced to give birth to that baby?

I feel very sorry for any lady that is raped. That is bad enough but if she gets pregnant as well that is even worse for her. I think that any lady that is raped deserves to have some supportive chats with a caring person. In my home country a lady that gets pregnant during rape could have her baby, adopt for baby or have an abortion. It is her own choice. In some countries abortion is illegal so in that case the lady is governed by the law in her home country. Irish ladies can have an abortion in England and ladies from Malta could pop over to Italy. Personally I am pro-life and I wouldn't ever have an abortion. I think ladies that are rapped should have support to do what is best for them. I remember the baby is innocent and hope the rapist goes to jail.

hi macimax8 but what if that baby turns out to be just what I wou ld expect a rapist's baby to be should she have to keep it? i say when she first knows she is pregnant the fetus is not yet viable so it would not be murder,.

No, she should not be forced to do so. It's not a baby she wanted, and it was not an accident but a rape. the rapist should be punished and the woman must have the choice to keep the baby or not.

I think she must keep the baby if it was an accident, a rape is quite different, it can be painful to that person to keep a baby that will remind her of the rapist. I'm against abortion, because I think it's not a good thing to do. Life is precious..

hi butterfly4315 no I do not.as who knows what sort of genes a monster who rapes women caries,it might be really bad. I think she should have an abortion immediately as she should not be forced to have a cretin's baby. that is so wrong.
