Am I good wife or what? Isn't he a great husband or what?

I am not trying to brag, but I feel wonderful when I can help my husband out. Just the other day, he was applying for Auto Insurance. And he had the money on his Netspend card. He was short of 15 cents. So, he did not have it on his card. If he wanted to add 15 cents, he would have to reload his card with money. And he told me that they stores charge $20.00. So, he did not have $20.00. I then offered to help him. I told him that I would be willing to give him the 15 cents from my account. I also have a Netspend card too. So, he did a transfer from my account to his account. In my account, I only had $1.54. So, he could not take the 15 cents out. It had to be a whole dollar amount. So, he took a dollar out and it left me with $0.54. He told me that he was going to pay me back, and he did. Just the next day, he came up to me and handed me three dollars. I was surprised, because he said that he would pay me back the dollar that he took from me, not three dollars! I thought that it was very generous of him to give me an extra amount than I expected. I was so glad to help him out, I was not looking for anything in return. This good deed made my day. Do you have any good deeds that you would like to share that took place between you and your spouse? Please share your experiences. Thanks!

hi, sound like he is a good man. well, in my religion if a man married a woman, then a woman will handle financial and the man bring home money. Most of the time, in my family I will do all the bills and my husband just give me the money. for him, once he borrow then never return... lolz... cuz he think he gives me more than he borrow from me. we always share what we should buy and what we should not... it is fun and it is hard sometimes... but we work thing out

That is nice, but for us couple as much as possible we always give each other money and help each other without even asking for return cause that's what married couples are for. We do not care whether we need to buy an expensive or less expensive things and from whom the money will came, what important to use is that we both happy and we both enjoy the things that we will buy. For us couple, we do not care about money. We only care on how we can survive and live a simple life. No matter how hard things or situation ma come to us, what important is that we fight it as a couple and not as an individual.

Hi, checapri, It was not a dream this actually happened for real. It is very generous of you to offer your co-employer assistance. You are a great worker!

I do help my husband in whatever way I can for I always believe that in "every man's success, there's a woman behind" and that's me. I have done many things for my husband which made him waht he is now. The latest help I made is on his getting a scholarship abroad and helping him out on his thesis. I always support my husband in whatever endeavor he undertakes for I know that at the end of the day, our family will still benefit from wahtever success he gets. Happy mylotting.

hi cream97 I am a widow now for many years but my husband and I often did things like that. And he usually did put back more money than he borrowed from me. a good husband and wife team will do that, they back each other up all the times. I married a man who was also my best friend, my lover and best friend and that made it a super marriage. we had our downs as most couples do but we had a lot more ups so it was really great.

I am so glad to hear this, Hatley! Your husband is a wonderful man I can see that. And you are a wonderful wife to him. I know that you say you are a widow, but your love for your husband is still alive and fresh!

My husband and I do the same in terms of everything. Since he just started working he is only getting paid just half of what I earn. When we go out to the mall he goes out of his way to pay for things even if he knows I have more money than he does. He is so sweet that he would rather spend his money than asking me to share on the particular items.

Hi, sublime03. That is very nice of him to pay your way. Sometimes, when I don't have money my husband will pay for my items. But, if he does not have it, he will not pay for it. I will have to, if I have the money.
