Well, MJ are the initials of my real first and middle name, Dakota is my dream truck. Dodge Dakota, quad cab in emerald green preferred, but I'll go with blue too. : ) I chose my username because I wanted to protect my identity, but at the same time want to be a "person" and myself. I use this one and only username, it is more than a username for me, it is my pen name. I write a blog and articles on Xomba and hope to one day make writing my final career. To help me on that path, I created the pen name as "the" name for my future.

My user name is not extra-ordinary. When I joined mylot, I did not know the importance of a user name. I just typed abbreviated version of my first name along with some random letters. Later on when I saw colorful and interesting user name and interacted with others, I came to know the importance of a screen name. I do not mind sharing my first name with my friends. deepak

Very cool story about how you came up with your user name. I wish that I had something like that to share about mine. But, I don't have any such story. How my user name that I use for all forums that I am on has come to be is all that I have. I wanted to have something that I would always remember so it seemed like my first name would be a good choice then I added my middle initial. Originally it was the first three letters of my maiden name. However, then I got married and my user name changed. It's now my firstname middleinitial firstthreeoflastname. Everything that I do online is like this except for my email addy which is still the same as it was before I was married.

Hi! There is no such a long story about my nick name. As you maybe already conjecture, it comes from captain Nemo's submarine "Nautilus" and 33 ist just so, because the first time I tried to register with that nick, "nautilus" was already taken and I choose nautilus33. because I like how it looks. this nick name occured to me, after I watched the movie "The league of the extraordinary gentlemen", because there is captain Nemo's submarine and I liked that name.
