hey guys,i was simply thinking.now that we are grown up and experienced enough,we may be aware of the different kind of religions that exist in the world and also the different principles involved in it.if you were given a chance to change your religion would you change it.if so why would you change it and whats the factor in that particular religion that makes you want to change it.

I would rather that they have moral science in schools that teaches common codes to one and all so that the bloodshed that we see because of religions will cease to exist.

'Twisting' moral codes as you have put it would not have been there if there were not so many religions.

I would change to Budism, I consider it has a nice view of life and the world matters.

hey don't mind my asking, but you think your religion hasn't got the best of living and earthly matters.. each and every religion has got the fundamentals right even if they seem stark different at first.. its only a matter of looking within yourself to find out your religion... happy mylotting

I think in Christianity they are all pretty similiar we all believe the same thing. I was brought up Catholic but I tend to disagree with some of their methods and idealogies. If I were to switch it would probably be to a Lutheran, they are very similiar but there are less rules and red tape associated with that religion.

If i was born with another religion I will die in that religion. Hence I was born a roman catholic, I will die a roman Catholic. No need to change, I believe we have the same God. Different religions exists, but I believe there is only One Supreme, it is just that we serve in different ways.

I couldn't fathom wanting or needing to switch from my FAITH (I don't follow religion, as religion is too political) to any other faith or religion. My God is an Awesome God.

Well, I really do not mind what kind of religion we have. Although I am a catholic, I always respect others. For me, religion is not important but you yourself and what you do is what matters most. You could have this kind of religion and I could have other religion, but if the heart is not pure then surely the religion will not be a gauge for salvation.
