What can make you smile? A good joke? some memories?a kid?

I easily smile and laugh from jokes, whether corny or not. I often smile at a memory, when I remember something humorous. It's nice to smile often coz it brings out the good vibes and positive mood.

I am always smiling and have been since childhood. In the eyes of the world i seem to be suffering since i am afflicted with Muscular Dystrophy since the last 40 years but those who know the real "me", also know very well that i am the happiest person in the world inspite of my problems. The fact is that i do not need jokes or any artificial means to make me smile and laugh since i am eversmiling in my heart. I never despair nor does anything make me despondent however sever the problem maybe.I say, be a smile millionaire and you will become the focus of the world and people will gravitate towards you like never before.
