Does water really help?

With clearing your face i mean? I read somewhere that people who drink a lot of water tend to have good, clear skin. Is that true?

Yes this is definitely all true... very true... as we all know water dehydrates our body.. and consuming plenty of water hydrates are akin that make it glow. Water also flushes away toxic from our body, and that consuming plenty of water is essential for that youthful glow. Based on some studies, drinking water is also a good anti-aging especially for the skin. I love water.

Yes,its true.Drinking lots of water shows on the skin.Drinking water wash away toxins and waste from the body resulting in clean stomach. Yes,it is true.Water is an universal solvent and it can dissolve everything in this universe.If you drink lot of water,impurities in your blood is flushed along with urine and sweat.

basically, acne is caused by the glands that produce oils for the hairs on your face. the oils clog your pores, then bacteria collects inside your pores, it gets infected, then bam!, acne!!! I would imagine that drinking water would dilute the oils a little bit, causing them to clog less, meaning you get less breakouts. but, I don't know this for sure, its just a guess. I know that drinking water and exercising a lot makes you sweat, which can unclog your pores, resulting in a clearer face, I am not sure about just drinking water though.

The Benefit of that drinking a large quantity water keeps the skin hydrated and prevents the dry skin problem. The water gives a radiant,healthy, younger looking complexion with no wrinkles and allowing the skin to maintain its elasticity. Drink water more and have a healthy skin :)
