Aspirin is a good alternative for pain according to people that I know who suffer from the same condition. Yoga might be able to help you since the mind usually is very powerful.

Thanks Mirita! Until now I have not started taking Aspirin or Tylenol in daily basis. May be I have to try it. Also yoga is not a bad alternative to maintain the disease well. I think I have to take admission under some professional to practice yoga effectively.

Well you should do some research on your own. Also is the arthritis that serious? Oh it probably is because it ruins your life. Some people will not care though, huh? I have found this. That if you make good choices people will not harm you, but sometimes things happen and can't be erased. Like arthritis. It is serious to somebody that's been in pain a lot Because they will sympathize with you. Also these people may not know what they are doing, and you may want to go to a doc, who never experiences bodily pain, quote unquote, because they have to be strong, maintaining face to fix stuff. These people are probably more understanding. I don't know why you are talking about it, but I guess people talk, huh. Especially on the internet, I guess. Well I'm having fun telling my Doctors everything because it really surprises them. It is like bragging about pain, and there is a reason for this. I think it is getting help. But if you brag to the wrong person, what's going to happen? Some people are killers, and you may even think a doctor is a killer. But I would talk to the doc, because that is the funnest thing to do. You don't want a boring doctor visit, especially if it gets too boring you may freak out because everything's serious.

I did not understand what you were trying to say. I don't think it helped me at all. Thanks for your reply though.

sweetlady there are two really good health sites I always gp to for info on health and they are WebM.D. and MayoClinic.com I trust both of them. also you should be seen more often by your own doctor as maybe now there are new and better medications for rheumatoid arthritis. One of them is a long lasting shot that I am told really does work so go see your doctor for new updated on your disease.
