Anger, unforgiveness and biterness put your body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy life. Talk is so easy, sometime we unable to perform it well. How do you think?

When you look at your life in a positive outlook and practices it with a long patience in store it is a nice way to stay healthy in mind, body, and spirit. But not all people deals with problem the positive way they often take it as a fast pace changes in emotion that releases tension without thinking what will happen next. Humans are very fragile and has many imperfections and one of those imperfections is controlling their temper that will cause hormonal imbalance to their body that will result into unhealthy living. There are persons who can control their temper but not all I guess it is just a matter of controlling mind over matter rather than matter over mind. In this way I should say healthy mind is nice to achieve to have a healthy lifestyle so that you can learn to prevent a stressful living.

I think you're saying that it's easier to say it than to do it? I agree to that. Just because we know what is good for us doesn't make it easy to do. It takes a lot of work to know how to forgive and not take offense. It's worth the effort, though.

Yes, mawong, we need to release ourselves from stressful life. Besides skills of love and forgiveness, I think, pouring out our trouble, anger is always a good way. But that depends on if you have real friends or not. But anyway, as you said, don't leave us in a so bad situation, we're supposed to escape from it!
