Anyone Know Of A Good Product For Weight Loss

My life needs to get back on track and I am just curious to know if there are any new products to help me with my weight problem. I have tried a few things from my site, but would like to know if there are any thing that's better. Thanks for your help.

Start your day with a glass of water. As soon as you wake up, gulp down a glass of cool water. It’s a wonderful way to start you day and you only need a lesser quantity of your breakfast drink after that. A glass of water lets out all your digestive juices and sort of lubricates the insides of your body. You may have your morning cup of tea but have it after a glass of water. It is good for you.

Honestly? Not really. I think the only "product" I can think of is a gym membership. In the end, I don't think there's a "magic pill" or anything that's going to help you lose a bunch of weight. I find that coffee helps and suprresses your appetite, and there are DEFINITELY many many products out there that are "diet", but they won't necessarily jump start your weight loss. The best things to buy are probably fresh produce (fruits & veggies), and frozen veggies, and lean meat (if you eat meat). It ultimately comes down to improving the way you eat, making healthier choices, cutting calories, and of course exercising! Good luck.

Hi! The best thing to do is go to your family doctor and talk to him/her about your weight problem. My mom went to the doctor and was put on a prescription for weight loss. She has had a lot of luck with this and has been losing weight. Of course, I must say what most will and that is.... exercise and a good diet is always the best way to lose weight but it takes time, dedication, patience, and determination. You may want to try eating no more than 1500 calories a day and try to add at least 30 minutes of cario exercise into your daily routine. You must believe in yourself and you can do it! It is frustrating trying to lose weight! and it can get you down when you want to lose it all right this second! That's how I feel! I have tried several over the counter weight loss pills but I have had no luck with any of them. I wish you the best in your weight loss journey!
