Cleary is the man of the hour tonight. He scored the winner with 2:56 left to play. Came off the bench and caught them on a line change. Final score 3-1..Jimmy howard played his little goalie butt off...
Rangers have the number 1 home pp record in the league at the moment..they got 0 tonight, we shut their pp down. Our 10 year record against the Rangers..11 and 1.

They actually did deserve it.They played a good game tonight. The last few games there have been so many new guys that are used to playing with each other in Grand Rapids added to the old guys from Detroit, that at times it looked like 2 teams playing on the same side...no one was syncing up..tonight was much better.

I totally understand this. Our whole season has been like this. I hope with Cam coming back that we will find our rhythm. Plus, Erik Cole having a hat trick on Sat was good. Maybe this will give him the confidence he has been needing. He really hasn't been the same since he broke his neck the year we won the cup.

That's the problem when you get a lot of guys injured. For the first couple of months, I think the canucks led the league man-games lost to injuries (currently, I think it is the Oilers). There were a lot of guys racking frequent flier miles from Vancouver and Manitoba. Only now are they getting guys back from injuries. just about time.
