Have you ever been so paralyzed by fear that you shudder just thinking about the thing that you are afraid off? Fear of the consequences or out come if you were to confront that fear? And that fear is so strong that the way you make your decisions is governed by that fear? And has it ever occurred to you that the outcome may be different from what you imagined it to be? What do you do when you have a fear of something, and you imagine all sorts of scenario that you think will happen if the thing you fear come true? How do you overcome such kinds of fear? Especially if the fear that you have is getting you into deeper trouble if you do not confront it? Yet this fear is so crippling that you just cannot find the courage to face it... what do you do?

I have not been as close to this as I am right now. My presentation is tommorrow and I am freaking out! I think that one of my biggest fears is to get up and speak in front of people. As long as I face it, I think I will be better the next time I have to do something like this.

yes its happened to me before, but from what i don't know. sometimes when i'm waking up i get this feeling something is there. like something is wrong, something evil is near, don't move. and i have to force myself to move, but my body doesn't want to. can't really explain it much.
