Do you read newspaper in toilet ... ???

Yes, I knew many of us do read newspaper while taking their private time in the cubicle or in the bathroom. I don't see it really a strange habit. I've been doing it in my entire adulthood. It doesn't even have to be the newspaper of for the day, but sometimes the old ones which I neglected to read. It makes me relax and would eventually eases the flow of waste downstream.lol.

Hi, g_vickie84. I am guilty! I have read mail and a few magazines while on the toilet. If I am trying to move time along, I will do this. I guess for some people having something to read while on the toilet can help with constipation or diarreah.

Hi there Vickie. I usually do take a look on magazines / a book or a newspaper on the toilet, if i have the time, and depending on the mood. I think it is a good time to use for something else as well. You know what they say, knowledge is power :)

Nope i don't read anything when am on the toilet i used to smoke so that i won't smell the stinks lol

When I was a child, I had this habit. I liked to read some stories when I was in the toilet. But I don't have this habit any more. I do it quite and I don't understand why I could spend so long time in the toilet in the past:) I love China

g__vickie84 oh I am guilty is not every one? I love to read a magazine in the bathroom,not in the toilet as that would be all wet and icky he he. I don't think its a bit strange, a lot of people do it, and some people take longer than others but that cannot be helped.

hi vickie, this is also a habbit,i have heared about this and i have seen some persons duing this,it is only possible in western toilets only not in Indian toilets,so people are becomming intelligent they do not waste their that much time at toilet,how the world comming forward and forward,have a nice day

If someone brings reading material to the bathroom, that a good sign there will be poo. Just saying..

I do too sometimes but i usually bring my cellphone so i can listen to music or FM radio to pass the time. I don't think it's a bad habit to do some reading while on toilet it can even work to your advantage too in case you run out of toilet paper . Cheers!

Not everyone can "do it" easily in the bathroom, some take time. My son does. He needs time to relax so it will "ease the flow" (LOL). But yes, because of this, we have a magazine stand in our bathroom. I see this also in some of my friend's bathroom.

Hi. Sometimes I'm guilty of reading a book inside the restroom. But I don't do it often. Normally, I just go to the restroom when I feel the need to so I would spend just a very short time inside.

Well, it's not really that strange.. most people do it all the time.. But I don't! This might be a little bizarre, but i really can't concentrate on what I am doing whenever I tried reading materials while I'm in the toilet =)

hmmm..why is this habit weird??i am pretty fast in the toilet..but if there is a newspaper with me,i tend to finish the paper before i will get up from the sit..i think its perfectly normally to bring materials to help you pass time in the toilet.
