Now this is funny!

Rosie's blanket - Rosie is wearing a poka dot winter blanket. I have no idea where her owner bought it but I never one in that style before!

LOL! Lets hope that Rosie doesnt worry about what she is wearing if it makes her embrassed then im sure she would be more than chestnut now, more likely all red... I have to say i have seen plenty of different blanket, but this certainly wins a spot in the top 10...

You are most welcome, i believe that horses dont worry that much either about what they wear aslong it is comfortable for them, so they dont get troubles later on with the tack or other equipment :)

LOL. I bet Rosie loves that poka dot blanket though. I bet she is very glad to have it in the wintertime when it is very cold outside. Does she actually use it? I have never seen a horse with a blanket before.

Lots of horses wear winter blankets during winter! There are currently 3 other horses at the stable who wear one. Rosie is the only one with pok a dots though!

She's a styling gal! Guess if your lean and fit dot's will work for you - her owner's name isn't "Dot" is it? Come to think of it, if Dot owned a horse, it'd either be an leopard appaloosa or a dapple gray...

Awww. How sweet. I had a mare named Rosie. Her real name was Roseadator but we called her Rosie. Maybe your Rosie really wants to be a paint or appaloosa with all those spots. What do you think? Actually very stylish blanket. I would certainly buy one like that for my horse.

Rosie's registered name is Reed's Rising Star. Don't know why she is called Rosie! Maybe she does want to be an Appaloosa! You never know! Thanks for the response!

wow, never thought those type of things existed before. Its quite a good idea, and very original. The blanket surves its purpose; keeping the mare warm and i guess the poka dotes apply for design :). I say WIN for the mare and grats to the creator. I would probably start laughing too if i saw something like that. Them winter blanket sure look cosy for the mare lol. I just hope it doesn't irritate her in the end. Anyways, i'm sure the mare is feeling happy. Thanks for posting such an intresting discussion.
