What can I do to help my friend

my friend is here live with me for several days,she is hunting for a job, her major is Japanese, but in my city it's difficult to find a job closely related to her major,so ,what's your opinion, can you give some suggestions? Thanks

Well, she may have to find a job that is not closely related to her major until she can find one that is. Have her read the chapter in Think and Grow Rich about planning, and how taking an account of all your skills, and extra circular things, and putting it into a comprehensive resume, can give you better then entry level.
