I have a few moves but I would probably say walking lunges, doing that exercise where you're targeting a few muscles groups like for example, doing squats while doing a shoulder press. Also, doing running intervals on the treadmill, the woodcutter exercise, the plank, even doing the rowing machine is great for your upper body. I will say that one of the most important things is to mix up your workouts to keep your body "guessing" so tbat it doesn't plateau so easily.
