Work out move? What move has gotten you nice and fit? My favorite workout move is squats with weights, they tone your glutes and legs so good!

i usuallu do situps and chin ups..that tone my tummy and shoulders and triceps too... i dont concentrate on legz...

yes i think exercise is a very must for everybody to stayfit by watching ur pics i can imagine how fitness freak u r...ur body is very well toned up and u hav weight on right places...

I try, really I do. I don't want to toot my own horn, but you guys haven't seen anything yet. As I think my booty is the best part of me, and I have no pictures of it on here.

I like sit ups as well, I do at least 100 every work out, I also do the reverse sit up where you keep your legs levitated, it works you abdominal muscles amazingly!

I have a few moves but I would probably say walking lunges, doing that exercise where you're targeting a few muscles groups like for example, doing squats while doing a shoulder press. Also, doing running intervals on the treadmill, the woodcutter exercise, the plank, even doing the rowing machine is great for your upper body. I will say that one of the most important things is to mix up your workouts to keep your body "guessing" so tbat it doesn't plateau so easily.

I do like to mix up my workouts a lot also, as repeating the same one over is boring and repetitive. I like to mix cardio and strength training.
