Uploading photos for personal profile,is not compensated. Profile photos are just way of expressing ourself and moods.
Uploaded photos will only be compensated if added to a discussion or to an interest. You will see a link at the left bottom of the response box, "add an image".

Hello champrocker! Surely if you added photos to interest, you will be compensated for that. It is nice to know that whether or not you earned from uploading photos, you are still planning and continue to upload. I believe you are enjoying your time in here!

Thanks for your response friend , I actually uploaded some photos to the Interests section but was not able to determine whether I earned by it or not . Anyways I will keep uploading some good photos without thinking about getting paid or not , as it will be my contribution to mylot so this point was just a query in my mind and now I am pretty much clear about how to go . As photo earning has been combined with participation, so nobody can give out any exact earning algorithm about it. Unless by referring to the previous earning data before it has been combined, which was 1cent/photo. Whatever, a member can observe the right photo earning every time after mylot updated the account.

I am afraid that for uploading only the photo does not straigh way make for any sort of earnings from the mylot and on the same hand I am having doubt that just any person like the novice or junior one i.e. to say, who have not reach a point of 500 mark of posting etc are at all eligible for earning from posting of photos.
Hence as a matter of fact I too need a helping hand to really get a clear view on the subject which mylotter champrocker have raise here.
One should be very clear about the copy right factor before uploading the photos,I wish that our doubt will get cleared very soon,by our senior mylotters on this session.....
We all have to be prepared for a good quality time at mylot for our earnings to get the big push.

Yes, The_Lamb_Lies_Down is right: We are not meant to say how much EXACTLY we are earning, but if no one is discussing it, then it should be fine. What I this think champrocker is asking is HOW do we upload photos. This,I think, I don't know. I've uploaded three photos on my profile and once in a post, but that is all. :)
I think I got some extra for that, but I don't know how much... but it is easy uploading photos. To me, it is even better than posting content here at mylot.
