Hello, arnarut and welcome to mylot!Sorry to dissapoint you, but I think the whole series is pretty poorly written. I read them out of curiosity to see why all the fuss about this series. Besides, I love vampires and vampire stories. I think literature, like movies is rapidly decaying. The so called best-sellers are actually books very easily readable, with poor vocabulary, linear action lines and simplistic characters. These kind of so called pop-corn novels have no depth.Nothing remains after you read them and they don't bring any new ideas in your mind or make you wonder...about anything. They are just easy lectures for long train rides or to escape one night of boredom. At least that's the way I see them and I hope my opinion will not offend you. I have nothing against people who like twilight, but I just don't understand your fascination. Wish I could share it, but I can't! Happy mytloting!

I like New Moon, but my favorite of the Twilight Saga was Breaking Dawn. New Moon was probably my least favorite of the series. I do think the movie for New Moon was much better than the movie for Twilight. It was a much better adaptation of the material.

I used to be in love with the whole twilight series, but after the movies came out I felt betrayed, and then I wasn't able to read it at all without imagining how much the movies butchered all of the stuff that made the books so amazing! I think the biggest thing that bugged me was that the casting wasn't that good, not at all!
