How do leaders are formed? Are leaders born or learned?

For myself point of view, leaders were born and learned. Leaders are also people, so they are born. How can they come into this world if they're not born? But as they grow up, they learned, developed and practiced the ethics, character and value of a leader. That's how leaders are formed.

I think it's a mixture of both, to be honest with you. I think some people's personalities (which they are born with) usually fall into the "leader" or "follower" category. You can clearly pick out who takes control, and "leads" whereas those who follow and are more passive-aggressive than anything. But I think being a "good" leader is an acquired talent. That's just my opinion though.

For me , everybody is a leader in its own way. You are a leader of your young brothers or sisters. You are a leader of you new ideas. You are leader of making others smile. Leader is formed in the mind and realized in actions.
